WHAT YOU NEED?
For pancake:
350g peeled potatoes
2 big tbsp Apple puree
2 tbsp brown rice flour
1 tblsp olive oil
Salt and pepper
For sos:
Chickpeas
Red beans
A can of tomatoes
Basil
Oregano
Salt and pepper
You can eat this with avocado and your fav greens
WHAT YOU NEED TO DO?
Potatoe pancake:
1. Grate on grater your peeled potatoes.
2. Add flour, apple puree, salt and pepper.
3. Preheat olive oil on your pan and put whole potatoe mas on it.
4. Fry for about 10 minutes on each side.
5. Eat with your bean sos and avocado or just with ketchup.
Bean sos:
Put all of the ingridients into a pan and and just heat it up.
Done!
