THE BEST GLUTEN FREE BREAD



I love to bake brads.
I remember my first time when i baked it. AMAZING feeling!
But today i have for you the best recipe for gluten free bread! I was looking for this for a long time, BUT it is finally here!






WHAT DO YOU NEED?

150g buckwheat flour
150g rice flour (Im using brown rice flour)
100g cornflour or millet
50g potato flour
70g flax- seeds
70g sunflower seeds
70g pumpkin seed
1 tablespoon of salt
25g fresh yeast
1 teaspoon of brown sugar
About 500ml warm water


WHAT YOU NEED TO DO 

1. First you need to do leaven: mix yeast with about a glass of warm water and brown sugar. Let stand for a few minutes.
2. Then mix all of the flour, add the seeds, salt and yeast.
3. Mix, put into your baking mold and leave it for about 30 minutes.
4. After this time put it into warmed at about 200 C  oven for about 45 minutes.
5. Its done!
